Training on a high Level.Array
Most of us can hardly wait for the first week in February, when significa’s annual internal training measure takes place in Großarl, Austria.. It’s not the training contents that make this event so special, since there aren’t any. It is rather a question of learning something from a skier’s everyday life and try to apply it to our everyday routine in the agency.
The first lesson learnt is when we have breakfast together, where we learn to keep abreast with each other when buttering our toasts – a key feature when faced with a pitch in competition with other agencies. It continues when we strap on our skis and learn that customer retention has indeed a lot to do with a ski binding – in both cases it just needs to “click” to ensure a snug fit (with your customer and your skis :). It all ends with hammering nails into a stump at night – as at the end of the day it’s all about hitting the nail on the head in advertising.
